How to Throw an Amazing Bachelor Party in Las Vegas During the Pandemic
Throwing a Las Vegas Bachelor Party the Boys Will Remember During the Reopening Phase
Las Vegas, and Nevada in general, implemented a phased reopening, and that means you gotta wear a mask in public. Yeah, the strip clubs are still closed, no nightclubs are open either. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have a good time and host an awesome bachelor party in Las Vegas.
You just have to know what is available and get creative!
Splurge On Lodging
You Need a Home Base for Your Adventures
Because you may end up spending a lot of time in the room, chip in and get a nice suite for the Bachelor & Best man. Right now Caesars has their Forum Tower Duplex Suite for about a grand per night. Which seems like a lot, but considering how much you’re going to be saving on drinking at nightclubs and strip clubs, it’s a steal. The suite is luxurious, has a great view, sleeps four, and will impress any company that may join you for an evening of revelry.
The living room is baller. A great place to entertain, party, relax, recover, or just check out the view. There’s two king bedrooms upstairs with amazing bathrooms as well. If you happen to meet some people during your stay, they’ll be impressed when you open the front door! If you have a large group, pitch in on the suite, then everyone else can get regular rooms as close as possible. Then you can meet up at the suite as a home base for pre party or reconvene there at the end of the night for nightcaps.
You can employ this strategy at any of the major hotels with suites. To learn more, check out our In-depth guide to Caesar’s Palace.
6 Magnificent Things That Make Caesars Palace Iconic
Ask almost anyone with knowledge of Las Vegas and they will tell you Caesars Palace is possibly the most popular hotel & casino currently still in business. If you don’t know anything about Las Vegas, you might be wondering why is it so iconic? We’ve outlined six reasons that might answer this question for you.
To Airbnb or Not to Be?
Right now is a great time to consider renting a high-end Airbnb for your bachelor party, especially if your group aren’t big gamblers and don’t foresee partaking in the casino amenities much. For a few hundred dollars a night you can get a decked out vacation rental near the strip with a pool, spa, sleeping for 8 or more.
Key tips to renting an Airbnb for a Bachelor Party:
- Just because a property sleeps 16 doesn’t mean you can cram 16 guys in the rental. People need their space, so try to get one full bedroom per guest if possible. Again, just like the suite strategy, you can book the Airbnb as a home base, and others can get their own private accommodations and meet up for group time.\
- Don’t tell the property host you’re throwing a bachelor party. Even if it’s the most tame affair in the history of bachelor parties, many hosts will simply refuse to rent to you. If you are asked, the purpose of your stay is business. Here’s a calendar of the biggest trade shows, so you can add a little authenticity to your story: Las Vegas Convention Calendar
- Don’t be a jerk. Just because you’re throwing a bachelor party, that doesn’t mean you need to trash the place. You may be flagged and prevented from renting properties on the platform in the future. Plus you may be get hit with fines and cleaning fees. Just leave it nicer that you found it and you’ll be fine.
- Don’t lie about your group size. These property owners have neighbors and if they see 20 guys unloading for a house rental with a capacity of 4, you’ll get hit with extra guest fees, or be asked to leave with no refund. You want to be comfortable, lodging is super cheap right now, splurge a little and get room for everyone, it’s the best investment in this trip you can make.
- Budget for transportation. Uber rides and taxis have social distancing protocols in place, so getting a group of 10 guys to the strip and back is going to cost you. In fact, for medium to large groups, it’s cheaper to rent a party limo.
Daytime Activities
Keep them Entertained During the Day
Ok so now that you have your home base sorted out and everyone has a comfy place to sleep, you need to start thinking about what sorts of activities you’re going to plan to keep everyone busy. More stuff is opening every day, so if you need help planning, just give us a call and we can help.

Even if you don’t golf, Top Golf has something for everyone. They’ll supply the clubs, the balls, and games that even beginners can enjoy. Did we mention they have an amazing bar? Oh there’s a pool too. Also, full restaurant with an amazing menu.
We’ve done a couple of company events there, and every time there’s a few people commenting “I don’t know how to golf!” And afterward, they’re smiling and raving about the experience. Trust us, it’s fun, you’ll laugh, get some light exercise, and make some memories.

You get to fire real automatic weapons. Did we mention they have a mini-gun? You can fire it for only $199. Keep in mind that’s only 100 rounds, and it shoots 4,000 rounds per minute, but it’s a life-changing experience!

#5 Take the Plunge
Get your adrenaline fix by jumping off the tallest structure in Las Vegas, the Stratosphere observation tower! Skyjump offers a controlled descent bungee jump from a height of 829 feet, or roughly 252.679 meters for those of you on the metric system.
Described as,
Guinness World Record as the highest commercial decelerator descent facility
Which is fancy talk for the highest bungee jump in the world. Basically they attach a stretchy string to a harness, wish you good luck, and expect you to jump off a perfectly functioning building that is not on fire or at risk of imminent demolition. Sounds fun, right?
For around $175 you get the full jump experience and included wristcam so you can record your stupidity for all time. You get a nifty USB memory stick so you can show your grandkids you were once cool. If you want to skip the theatrics, the jump only costs $129 per person.
The Skypark also features other theme-park-style rides that capitalize on the building’s height to bring tears to aspiring Acrophobes for a small fee. Basically take your favorite rides from Disneyland and put them on a track off the side of a 900-foot building and you get the general idea.
Big Shot
In a matter of seconds, the Big Shot thrill ride catapults rider from the platform up the Tower’s mast at 1,081 ft and down again. Before you catch your breath, you’ll be shot back up again at forces unmatched.Insanity
Sit 64 ft out over the edge of the SkyPod at a height of over 866 ft. This Vegas ride will spin you in the open air at speeds of up to three ‘G’s. You’ll be propelled up to an angle of 70 degrees, which will tilt your body until you have no choice but to stare straight down!X-Scream
A giant teeter-totter sitting 866 ft above the ground, X-Scream will propel you headfirst, 27 ft over the edge of The STRAT. There, you will dangle weightlessly above the Las Vegas Strip before being pulled back and propelled over again for more.
Just make sure you’re not recovering from a hangover. You gotta wear a mask, and vomiting in a mask is no fun. Probably.

#6 Play Video Games
Assert your dominance as the alpha with your superior gaming skills. Hopefully, the gaming gear stayed home during your travels, but don’ worry, you can get your gaming fix during your stay in Las Vegas.
Video Games
Gameworks takes the idea of a video arcade to the extremes. They literally have hundreds of games, from Beat saber, to air hockey and everything in between. They have dual shooters, multiplayer racing games, carnival games, hunting games, dance dance revolution, pinball machines, and tons of classic arcade games. Basically, they have allota games!
Esports Center
They also feature an Esports center where you can play your favorite PC and console games in a competitive environment. So whether your game is Call of Duty or Halo, they’ve got a setup for you and all your buddies to compete together.
Bowling, Dining, Beer and More
If you’re not excited yet, did we mention they also serve craft beers and great food? There’s also a bowling center if that’s your thing. Basically, you can spend an entire day at Gameworks and not get bored, so put it on your list!

Nightlife
Just because the nightclubs and gentlemen’s clubs are closed that doesn’t mean you can’t have some fun and throw a party! Here’s where we get creative and pull out all the stops to make sure your event is unforgettable!
#1 Gamble
As the gambling capital of the world, Las Vegas knows gambling. With every amenity and game available, you might as well dedicate some time and budget to testing your luck. You never know, someone may hit it big and end up paying for the whole trip!
For bachelor parties, we recommend craps, as it enables large groups to play together. It is probably the most social game in the casino and has some of the best odds. Plus you can teach your buddies the basic bets with the best craps bets to make in five minutes. For the pass line bets, the house edge is only 1.4% which is measly. If you back your pass line bet you can place bets with no house advantage. Meaning if you play right, you can easily play all night on a meager bankroll.
A lot of novice gamblers like to play slots. Big screens, flashy lights, promises of life-changing payouts. There’s a reason why so much of the gaming floor real-estate is made up of slot machines. With a house edge of up to 15%, slots machines are cash cows. Seriously, spend a few minutes learning basic craps or blackjack strategy and you’ll get a lot more gaming for your dollar.
Check out the house edge for the major games in Las Vegas.
#2 Poker Night
As you saw from the odds chart, if you play in the casino long enough, they are going to take your money. If you have a modest bankroll, or just want to keep your cash in the group for activities, you can host a poker night in your suite. You got the suite, right?
Pretty much every gift shop within 50 miles of Las Vegas sells poker cards and chips. Set a buy-in that’s fun but not too expensive so nobody will be pissed off if they lose it all. Keep the games basic and fast-paced so everyone has a good time. This is about fun, it’s not the WSOP.
If you have members of your party who are dreadful poker players, offer up basic casino games such as blackjack as a break from the action so they can enjoy themselves too!
Bonus tip: this is a good time to take pics, as it’s a relatively harmless activity that will serve as proof you didn’t spend the entire time in a strip club.
#3 House Party
Every successful party night needs four things:
- Music
- Refreshments
- Entertainment
- Party People
If you followed our advice and rented a high-end suite or nice Airbnb, then odds are you have access to a decent sound system. Simply connect your phone or laptop and roll your favorite Spotify playlist. You don’t need a professional DJ, just play a nice house or dance mix and your music will put everyone in a good mood.
Liquor Delivery
For refreshments, we recommend getting it delivered. You have enough on your plate, you don’t want to be hauling cases of beer and boxes of liquor up the elevator, right? Luckily, our friends at Liquor World have you covered with a huge selection and great customer service. The prices are great too, especially with free delivery.
A few tips:
- Don’t forget the ice
- You may want to add on bar supplies, such as shakers, straws, lemons, etc
- Tips are never expected but if you get great service show the driver a little love. If you need to re-up, they’ll remember you!

Entertainment
If you had a casino / poker night earlier in the trip you can repurpose you dice and playing cards in to popular drinking games. However if you want to take it up a notch, consider getting a couple of board games from a local thrift shop or department store. Twister anyone?
You can also get a decent folding table at Walmart for around $35 that works great for beer pong. Just don’t forget the balls and cups! If you want to be super legit, you can rent an official beer pong table from Las Vegas Party Rentals.
What happens if you throw a party and nobody shows up? That’s sad. But fret not, you have solutions!
People
If you’re trying to recreate a nightclub experience in your suite or vacation rental, you’re going to need to invite some people over, otherwise it’s just you and the boys. And while getting turn with the crew is always a good time, it’s much more fun if you meet new people (aka hot girls).
If you have an outgoing and charming member of your bachelor party, you can have him approach potential prospects and invite them to your party. You need to get phone numbers or they’ll simply forget, get lost, have to do their hair, etc. Or you can make up some professional looking invites and hand them out. Just make sure they understand they can’t show up with 15 dudes expecting to drink for free!
Your other option combines entertainment and attendees into one package. If you feel like inviting strangers to your bachelor party is weird or makes you uncomfortable, considering the alternative.
For a few hundred bucks, you can hire strippers to perform at your bachelor party. While we don’t offer the service directly, we’ve partnered with a company that’s been around for a long time with a great reputation. You get hot girls to come party, and you don’t have to pay anything unless you approve.
This is as close as you’ll come to a strip club experience during the shutdown. And from our client’s feedback, it’s superior in many ways.
We wrote a whole article about it:

Want girl on girl action? Or want to watch girls play with sex toys? You can get all that in the privacy of your luxury suite…
